Dr Dariush Hoshyar is a highly respected dental surgeon and implantologist with more than 35 years of clinical experience. Known for his meticulous attention to detail and artistic approach, he combines advanced science with compassionate care to deliver predictable, long-lasting restorative, cosmetic, and implant treatments.
A graduate of Umeå Dental School (1990), Dr Hoshyar completed extensive postgraduate training in Oral Medicine, Oral Pathology, ENT, and Oral Surgery, followed by advanced implant training at the Eastman Dental Institute and an MSc in Implantology.
He provides state-of-the-art implant solutions using Europe’s most advanced systems, including metal-free zirconium oxide implants for patients seeking biocompatible alternatives.
Dr Hoshyar has practised in the UK since 1996, where he founded and led four successful dental clinics before focusing exclusively on his West London practice — the Stunning Smile Clinic, a centre for advanced oral rehabilitation. He also works as a visiting implant surgeon in clinics across London, Kent, and Surrey.

Dr Melika Mortazavi earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree with honours overseas, where she also gained invaluable early experience working alongside her grandfather, a respected maxillofacial surgeon.
Driven by a passion for advanced, evidence-based dentistry, Melika moved to the UK to expand her expertise. She completed a Master’s degree in Regenerative Dentistry at King’s College London, graduating with distinction. She later achieved the Membership of the Faculty of Dental Surgery (MFDS) from the Royal College of Surgeons of England, followed by the Licentiate in Dental Surgery (LDS RCS Eng).
Melika provides all aspects of general dentistry, delivering gentle, precise, and patient-centred care. Her particular passion lies in periodontology — the prevention and treatment of gum disease. With a strong focus on regeneration, minimally invasive techniques, and modern periodontal therapies, she is dedicated to helping patients restore and maintain their gum health for long-term stability.
